To give you some context, over 7 years ago Shannon introduced her two young boys and her Italian construction-worker husband to the benefits of raw food and holistic living. After gaining a wealth of experience, Shannon set off on a mission to empower other moms by marrying her two passions- Conscious Parenting and a Raw Food Lifestyle.

The Raw Mom Summit is Shannon's latest manifestation of her passion, and in this interview we get a chance to hear why it's gaining so much attention.
