Come and learn about raw food and wild food with Rob and Jolita.

Whether you want more energy, want to loose weight or just want to look younger, try eating a balanced healthy raw food diet. We’ll demonstrate how to make a variety of delicious foods, and if the weather is ok we’ll go for a wild food walk and collect some nutritious and free food to add to our meal. A small group size will mean there will be plenty of time for your questions and to make new friends with the other participants.

We’ll make a selection of foods including chocolate pudding (with hemp milk), soup, salads and dressings, healthy and heavenly cake, tasty chocolate, etc.

Price includes breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day (you get to eat all the food we prepare). We use organic ingredients where possible.

Location: Walthamstow, East London (10 mins walk from Walthamstow Central mainline station , or 15 mins walk from Leytonstone underground station on the Central Line)

Dates and times: 10.30am to 4.30pm
