Serves two Ingredients: ½ - 1 small head of broccoli For the dip sauce: 4 tablespoons raw tahini 1/3 cup water 1 teaspoon lemon ½ teaspoon salt Cut the broccoli into florets. Mix all the ingredients for the dip sauce with a spoon. Sit down, relax and enjoy your broccoli and tahini snack. You can also add radishes, carrot-, cucumber- and bell pepper sticks. If you add some dehydrated crackers or sprouted Essene bread, you have a whole meal.
