As soon as Tara and I started talking for the first time, we quickly became friends. Not only were we united by a passion for communication and spirituality, but our names practically sounded the same and, of course, there was our shared history with disordered eating.

In this call, Tara-Janelle tells the story of how she eventually was hospitalized for her condition, and the things that helped her move forward and overcome her situation.

tara-janelleOne of the most remarkable things about this story, is that post-recovery life was different Tara-Janelle. Her willingness and courage to communicate increased tremendously--so much so that it has become the driving force for her work in the world. You can visit Tara-Janelle’s website HERE and you’ll see what I mean.
