I need to know what a person who has been diagnosed with MCI can do to keep it from getting worse.  I was diagnosed with it ABOUT 10 years ago.  As far as I can see, it hasn't got any worse.  I also need to know where I can get information on the present status of research on MCI.  Is there an association that I can get in touch with (email, preferably) who can give me some pointers how to live with it?

My age is 43 years. I have no health problem up to 40 years of my age but from last three years I feel uneasyness, Feverish sensation, leg pain, Headeache,tireless etc. My sisters two sons have wheat allergy.Is it possible that I am also suffering from wheat allergy? Is this allergic condition hereditoty? Pl.guide me.

i just was wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm a care giver for my 87 year old mother that has Alzheimer's, Stage 5 going into 6. Could you give me any tips on how to deal with the stress and everything else? Thank you for your needed support. 

Are there know links between occupational exposure to lead and alzheimer's disease. If so where would I find information
