Quick Thanks

Today issmoke-free day 393, and I'm feeling much better than I was when I was having asmall meltdown on Saturday. I'm mostly back to normal in terms of way fewer smoking thoughts, and the crazy breathing thing is almost gone, too. Additionally, some of the apparent hurdles that were stressing me out related to "the apartness" are simply no longer there (nutshell version: we were going to have to react more quickly than prepared to some housing issues; now we have more time to be more prepared, and you know that's way more my speed -analcautious, careful, prudent), so that helps me to breathe more easily, too. Many thanks for all of the kind thoughts.
