I love mangoes, whether it’s ripe or unripe. I’ve been craving for green mango juice recently. This natures candy (that’s what my mum call it), are a very good source of Vitamin C that are health-giving to maintain energy and I have gained amazing health benefits to it. Basically, we do not realize the importance of some regular fruits. Mango juice is one of the best morning drinks. You can get a full reload after sipping a glass of Mango juice every morning and even in the end of the day.

Mangoes that are just starting to ripen are perfect for making green mango juice. The skin is usually still green but the pulp that begins to turn yellow. The very green unripe mangoes usually chop for salads; don’t make very smooth purees because of its taste like whatever The ones that are still sour but with the meat starting to soften up almost to ripeness are the ones that make tasteful green mango juice.
To make fresh green mango juice:
Slice the mango meat, place in the blender or any food processor with a little water and much of white sugar. You will need a good amount of sugar to kill the sourness. Processes until you get a smooth puree. Pour into glasses and add crushed ice.
