I am allergic to the patch, can not chew the gum, so.. How do I stop smoking?

Posted by fairytell

Hi, I am a 54 year young woman who has smoked now for 20 years.

I recently got divorced from an abusive spouse. Now that I live alone, I find it

harder to quit.  Does anyone know of a support group in or around Indianapolis, IN. where it does not cost anything to go to for support.

I am on too much medication to try medicine for quitting.

Thanks, Cindy

Have you considered Laser Therapy?

Check out  Anne Penman Laser Therqpy www.annepenman.com

I was a three pack a day smoker myself so I understand how difficult it can be.

Thank you very much Anne.  I will look into this.

I apologize for not having info to give for support groups, but I can offer some help on the uitting smoking.  I am 25 and realized that I had been smoking for more than half of my life. (Gross.) Anyway, I had been seeing advertisements fo e-cigs everywhere and I decided to look into them. I did hours worth of research, trying to decide which brand was best based on money and flavor. I finally settled on SmokeTip and I couldn't be happier. They have cartridges with different levels of nicotine (16mg, 12mg, 6mg, 0mg). It is the greatest company I have ever dealt with and LOVE telling everyone about them! (I sound like a spokesperson! lol) Anyway, good luck in your journey!
