Real quick...something occurred to me yesterday as I was playing 32 holes of pitch-n-putt golf at a St. Patty's Day tournament...with my friend who fell off the smoking wagon. I didn't win. In fact, I may have had the high round!

Anyway, before I came to Portland, I remember feeling concerned about whether I could make it out here in a new environment without caving in. Well, I realized yesterday that I have spent more time in Portland without smoking than I have in Boston.

I'm feeling good. Feeling confident and even my calf is starting to heal. Good stuff, all!

2 months, 1 week and 3 days smoke-free! 1,416.79 cigarettes not smoked! $435.66 saved!

No problem! Quitting is a tough thing to do and when you're in the middle of it, you can use all the support you can get. Everyone around you should be proud of you for quitting and hopefully your friends (in your daily, non-wellsphere life) are helping you along.

Hey Teresa...  Y'know, I haven't even thought about my big reward.  I've just been waiting to get past the three month mark.  That was about the time I lost my quit last year.  So, I'm just looking forward to May.

 Thanks for the kind words!

Good stuff, Nate! You're really coming out on top! Do you have a big reward in mind for yourself (something special after 6 months, for example)? It sounds like you are not only going to achieve your goals but fully deserve them too!
