Dear Melcia,

If you tried everything, you know in which point it is difficult to quit, and as the sensations due to stopping smoking are atrocious. But a technique works, I say it, as well as people who tried it. The Therapy Laser helped and still helping smokers to stop smoking, by a simple, easy and fast method, without sensation of lack, drugs and with one supports continuous. This technique I tried it, 18 years ago, I smoked 60 cigarettes a day, since, no one more. This laser help you to relax, and make you non smoker because it increase the endorphins level, which is created by your body, but nicotine addiction make your body believe it is the cigarette that make you relax. It's not true, and now you can be relax and become a smoke free, without this situation of despair. You won't return to smoke after the laser session.

I could speak to you about this therapy during hours, it is my life now, but I give you the link of my web site so that you can make you your own idea.

Melcia, What's going on is that the smoking cessation programs are forcing people to stop smoking instantly.  Well, when you stop smoking instantly, you don't allow your body to adjust to not having nicotine.  This process is both physiological and psychological.  The psychological aspect is that nicotine is an actual molecule that is attracted to a particular receptor in which we have in our brain.  When you stop instantly, you are not allowing your body to adjust to not having nicotine, therefore, you get those terrible withdrawal symptoms.  The key is to gradually let you body adjust to not having those high nicotine concentrations in which it is used to having.  How do you do this?  With my book, "Speed Limits to a No Smoking Zone," I share these concepts that are simple to follow that will bring you to a "no smoking zone."  I don't recommend quitting instantly.  Meds are ok, but there are loads of side effects.  My program does not involve use of medications
