i have recently had bloods taken and my TSH levels are 6.49 and my T4 levels are 19.2. is this normal? i am only 17.

my tsh levels are 3.75 and t4 is 14.24 my doctor said i have a underactive thyroid? but a friend said i am in the normal bracket

I have been diagnosed Hyperthyroid TSH 0.01 T4 +100, Anti bodies 398 and anti pituitary at 600??
