you can get pregnant if you can afford IVF... but as to falling pregnant naturally wouldn't be possible

If she has an open functional tube then they would probably have her try naturally for a couple months while tracking her cycle. From there normally they try a round of Clomid to see how she responds...

She'd have to check with her physican and/or GYN
