would i have a baby with a damaged left fallopian tube with a removal of the right tube

are you asking if you can have a baby naturally with a damaged left tube and no right?
is that possible? can you get pregnant if left fallopian tube is missing? and the right one a bit damaged or damaged?
you can get pregnant if you can afford IVF... but as to falling pregnant naturally wouldn't be possible
my  daughter have one fallopian tube want to know whats the best treatment for her to have a baby

If she has an open functional tube then they would probably have her try naturally for a couple months while tracking her cycle.  From there normally they try a round of Clomid to see how she responds...
