Will the X-ray I had harm my baby?

I am not completley sure that i am pregnant but i am 2 weeks late. My husband and I did the math and it turns out that if i am pregnant i concieved the night before i had an x- ray on my stomach. If not the day before definitley before. I am worried that the x- ray would have harmed the baby if i am pregnant.
