Will my blood pressure go back to normal, so I do not have to take pills? Will swelling in ankles get better?

I had my baby preterm four weeks ago. He was born at 28 weeks. I was diagnosed with preclampsia and hellp syndrome. I am taking 6 Labaterol 3 times a day and 3 hydrolozine pills 3 times a day. I do not want to take blood pressure pills for the rest of my life.

I also have had swellling of my ankles really bad this week. (4 weeks after delivery) I was not sure if this is normal. Is it associated with my blood pressure also.
