what does flickering in the lower abdomen mean?

i need to ask a few questions concerning to see if i am pregnant or just a
period..it's very wierd can you get back to me for more information please?
yesterday i started what i thought maybe a period but unsure if it is or if it is implantation.. since jan of 09 this year my periods have been on time between the 26th and the 31st and for the last 2 weeks i have had moderate to severe mood swings and snap easy.. i get light headed and have for the last 2 weeks or more maybe don't know.. then all the sudden i start yesterday? wow wierd right? lol.. it's light and pink and red and it's light usually it's heavy and dark red and usually starts out dark red or similar in the begining and in the end of it but it's been light and i still get crampy and weak feeling and also i get the dehydrated feeling sometimes and sometimes i get dehydrated..and starting today there's flickering in my lower abdomen it's actual flicker like something small moving around you know what i mean?? i just started about a few minuets ago keeping track of my tampons and the coloring in them and the changes in it.. well they arn't clots or clumps they're was like tiny little squshy smooshy balls small small 3 were pink and the other 1 or 2 on the tampon were light pink or a lightish red.. and it still is light .. as i stated i only started this yesterday..so my question to you is , am i pregnant? or what? oh and sweaty easy to when others are fine
