what are my statics of getting pregnant after tubal ligation failure and will it be normal?

i had my tubes tied in november of 07, 11 months later i got pregnant and miscarried. the doctor said that the tubal ligation had failed. so i was wondering what my probability is of getting pregnant again and it being normal.
