i had my tubes tied in november of 07 and 11 months later i got pregnant and miscarried, the doctor said that my tubal ligation had failed, so i was wondering what my changes of getting pregnant again and it being a normal pregnancy?
I can't really give you a percentage number since I don't know what the condition of your tubes are at this point in time. I will tell you what I know though.
Getting an HSG will/should show if your tubes are clear. If they are then your chances are good. Tubal issues don't particularly affect pregnancy as far as miscarriage (unless of course it is an etopic pregnancy). Did they find the reason for the first miscarriage?
You can request a lap be done to determine if there is any scarring or adhesions from the failed tubal litigation.
