I usually have a medium to heavy period, which lasts for a week, with the usual cramps and tender breasts. This month I am early but have noticed that not only did I not get my usual period symptoms but I have very light bleeding, 2 days of really light bleeding and no blood clots. Is this normal or should I be worried that this is a sign of a serious/ underlying medical issue?
