In case you haven't seen it yet, the lovely Sarah Wilson is running her I Quit Sugar pre-Xmas Program for the next eight weeks.

Each day you’ll get a nutrition or motivation tip, information, recipes and alerts to great sugar-free products to try through the Facebook page. I'll be helping answer questions on the page for a couple of the weeks of the program, and am excited to see what this challenge brings! So far, over 2000 have signed up, and registrations are open until Sunday 4th November. So get in quickly! Week one started this week, but it's a slow cut-back on sugars, and you can still jump in for the program from next week!
