if the hpt is negative then I would say that no you aren't pregnant. If you cycle does not end on its own then I would make an appointment with the doctor.
what kind of b/c are you on?
You may want to take another pregnancy test to be sure that the first was not a false negative. But it is likely that you are not pregnant

I am two days late for my period. I haven't been on birth control for three months now and the first two months, my periods were on time and normal. I have a history of an ectopic pregnancy. I have no spotting. Took a home pregnancy test, which was negative. Am I pregnant?
