positive test but a very light period it was brown and pink

i dont know my dates but i know my period was suppose to start on the 5th and it started on the 17th but a week before i started i had taken a test because i had unprotected sex it was slightly positive but i had about a week later i had a light period  or atleast it was like a period but it was only 3 days and now it has stopped and i dont know if i am any advice.
