I've been trying to conceive and here lately I've been having pain around my uterus when I sit down or when I stand up, any idea what it could be?

Where are you in your cycle?  Have you ovulated already? Are you taking any supplements or medication to enhance your cycle? What method do you use to determine ovulation?

I just came off from yaz birth control on the 13th and I'm on cycle day 11. My husband and I are trying to conceive, but from where I've been on birth control I have no clue when I'm supose to ovulate. this may be tmi, but during intercourse I was hurting also.

Sometimes when the cervix is low, sex can be painful.  As for the full feeling it may have to do with your body regulating itself.

You say you stopped the Yaz on the 13...Did you begin your bleed on the 14th?

p.s.

if you find that I haven't responded then please feel free to drop me a "Hey" on my whiteboard :)

Hey Dayzofrain. Yea I started bleeding on the 14th and ended on the 17th. That was the day we started trying to conceive.

Are you charting? using ovulation predictor kits?

Any method of ovulation detection?

The reason why I am asking is that is is easier to speculate when I know how close you are to ovulation (or past)...

Im wondering: before you were on Yaz- did you have regular cycles?

I havn't use any charts or anything, I'm just now starting to learn about all that stuff. Before I got on yaz I had regular periods, but never had any indication, like pain or anything, of ovulation.

hey if you have any charting questions feel free to ask-- I've been at this for 52 cycles so I know a thing or two LOL.

How long were you on the pill/birth control?

The body changes over time so you might find things a bit "different" as your body readjusts itself.

Addressing the pain:

I still don't know what it could be, and I've been thinkin about it :/

Hey. Thank you very much. I was on the pill for 2 months, I think I'm ovulating, because today I started having a cloudy like sticky discharge.

sticky isn't considered fertile.  The easiest way to remember is SHOW.

Soft (cervix), High (again...cervix), Open (Cervix), and Wet (this refers to your cervical mucus--wet and eggwhite are optimal fertile).

Sticky is still good though, over the next few days you should see it turn like a creamy consistancy to the watery then eggwhite.  Remember, even if you see a trace of watery or eggwhite with creamy or sticky it is still considered to be feritle.

(a tiny tip for easy observation during the day- usually sticky and creamy will leave a streak behind in your underwear...where watery or eggwhite will leave a circle)

Try to use this ovulation calendar tool to trace your cycle and find the date of ovulation.
