No period and cramps

I am irregular in my periods but lately I was regular until now. I began taking prenatal and folic acid because i want to start planning for a baby. I now am late on my period and i have cramps but no period. i have horrible headaches and leg spasms like crazy, feel fat, lazy, bad bachasches. I took a pregnancy test about 4 weeks ago and it was negative. i get like these sharp pains on my breast from time to time. Is this because maybe i began taking the folic acid and prenatal?

folic acid/prenatals are not really knowin to cause pain in the breasts.  Have you called a physican about this pain?
