My wife is pregnant and used gel containing ibuprofen 5% w/w, for back pain, is it safe?

The gel contains 5% of ibuprofen in a 30 grams tube. and she is 4 months pregnant. She also used this gel in fist month of pregnancy for pain relief. So what are the risks associated for applying this gel on the body..
