My baby had some problems when he was born like inguinal hernia and a blocked tear duct, was it because of my bicornuate uterus,

I had a c-section with my first baby at age 32, and my bicornuate uterus was only discovered when my kid was about two. I havent had any miscarriages but my water content during pregnancy was reduced and my kid was born around three weeks early and was only 5.25 lbs. Now, i am quite obese and have always had a weight problem and very painful periods, should i have any more babies or is it risky?
