morning after pill

I had unprotected sex a few weeks ago and took the morning after pill within 24 hours, I was supposed to have my periods today but I havent had it yet. I have all signs of getting but nothing is happening. I will wait till tomorrow to take a pregnancy test. but could I be pregnant??
