Missed period 2 months & done 2 test at clinics 4 weeks apart test came negative and have tingling in my stomach. am i pregnant

you probably are not pregnant but probably having an annovulatory cycle (which is normal to have every once in a while).

If you want to wait it out then thats up to you.  

Otherwise you can request a blood draw for your progesterone levels (to see if you had ovulated at some point in the days previous) so that you can do a round of provera (which is a progesterone pill used to end a cycle)
