Missed 12 days of yasmin and want to get back on it.

I planned to get off yasmin, without knowing the potential side effect. I was due to restart my tablet on 22 Jan (fifth day of my period) but did not. within a week I started to have greasy face, extreme lethargy, hot flushes, depress, anxiety and moody. As i no longer can the stand the side effect especially the lethargy and greasy skin - and after 12 days overdue, i decided to pop a tablet back (12 days after my last period). The side effect without Yasmin are so apparent that i cannot wait till the fifth day of my next period to restart the tablet. Is this alright? how long will it take for all these bad symtoms to go away? II have been taking for about 14 months and actually did enjoy yasmin. It made me feel great, less migraine, less menstrual cramp, more energy, skin is perfect and weight is stable.
