unless you remove the uterus and ovaries then you will still get your period with a tubal litigation.

If the procedure was incomplete then the probability is there but the possiblity is low.  With a litigation  the risk is of an etopic pregnancy (one that implants outside the womb) which is more often than not dangerous.  

If you feel as though you may be pregnant then I would suggest taking a home pregnancy test and if you still have concern then make an appointment with your Dr or your GYN
