Brown generally indicates old blood. Since you had the D&C it could be possible that you guys are pregnant again although generally speaking from what I know most docs would like at least a cycle of rest before attempting another pregnancy (of course, this does vary depending on how far along you were before the procedure).
Taking that into consideration I would say to speak with your physican about doing a check to make sure everything was cleared out after the D&C.
Are you in anyway tracking your cycles? Ovuation?

Hi i am 28 yrs old and i had a d&c done on the 12th of April a week after i had the process done me and my husband have been having unprotected sex. For the past 3-4 weeks I have been having really bad back pains and mild cramping on and off. For the past 3 days i have been having this brown discharge. Can i b pregnant again?
