Here's my latest little creation. A lemon cake with creamy raspberry filling & almond buttercream frosting. I'm looking forward to having a slice for breakfast at Moms & More tomorrow morning!
Emerald & gold - made me think of Wizard of Oz while I was making it for some reason!
My last class in course #2 is Saturday & we have to bring LOTS of royal icing flowers to decorate our final cake with. Here are about 60ish of the 140 I have ready.
