Is lack of breast soreness and swelling during pregnancy a sign of miscarriage?

I am a little over 5 weeks pregnant and still have not experienced any breast swelling or soreness. This is my secong pregnancy and with the first I experienced breast tenderness and swelling. I had a miscarriage the first pregnancy and I am worried that the lack of tenderness or swelling is a sign that I will miscarry again. Any advice?
