I have been married for 4moths already the first month of marriage i was taking birth control then i stoped i was a unregular period person it was crazy but this 4 months i been regular but i been havin some nausea dizziness going to the bathroom 4 or 5 times a day abdominal pain in my left side like if i had something electrical moving in my stomach and now that i got my period i still feel all that and this time my period has been very heavy and darker. please give me and answer
