Im 6 in a half weeks pregant and my baby's heart rate only ranges from 100-102 its been checked 3 times on different occations.

I have also had some spotting but there has been no cramping. My Doctors are keeping a close eye on everything and put me as a high risk pregnancy.
What could be causing this?
