If you are already late then you can take the test at any time of the day and the result will be accurate.
Usually the most concentrated urine is the first of the morning because of sleeping which is why that is the suggested time (but you will usually see that is most reccomended if a woman is testing before she has come upon and passed her projected new cycle date)

my period was supposed to come on oct. 3. it hasnt yet n i think i may be prego. I have a test but when is the best time to take it. How many days should i wait and should i take it my 1st pee in the moring or what???
