if the doctor says that your fallopian tubes are close, are you going to have your monthly period?

yes as long as you ovulate you will have a period- your fallopian tubes have no bearing on that particular aspect of the reproductive cycle. 

What you have to be careful of is the possibility of an etopic pregnancy... a fertilized embryo that implants outside of the uterus. 

what is or are the possible medication to be done in this matter cause i really want to have a baby...i am married for almost 9 years.

That depends on the type of blockage. There are varioius types of blockage. If it is near the ovary and then probably you won't have your periods.
