I've been noticing a brown muscusy discharge. Im almost 13weeks pregnant... is this normal?

I'm almost 13weeks pregnant. and I've been noticing a brown mucusy discharge. When I woke up this morning, I was on the toliet and something hard came out of my vagina, it didn't hurt! When i looked at it, it was brown and the size of a quarter, it was a clump of something. I had no severe cramping or anything! But I am really worried.. Is this normal??
