I'm having severe pain in my lower abdomin (around where i'm supposing my ovaries are) that radiates down to my butt. I haven't had a period in two months but every pregnancy test i've taken is negative. So far I've taken 3, spaced out over several weeks. The pain was the most unbearable right after a bowel movement earlier today, and no matter how I moved or tried to lay to make it feel better it wouldn't subside. It's more of a dull ache now, but at times it will randomly feel like something is almost stabbing me throughout that area. Please help!
I'm actually not sure what endo or PCOS is to be honest. But thank you so much for your quick response.
A little more info that may help:
I am sexually active, with my boyfriend of two years. I'm 20 years old. I smoke. I was on birth control religiously untill two months ago and didn't have much of an issue with periods. I had my period after my last pack but haven't had it since.
I came off the pill about 2/3 months ago and have many pregnancy symptoms of pregnancy including tiredness, nausea, very sore breasts and I have missed 2 periods now.
However, I am also having pains in my sides where my ovaries are. Is this normal? I too have taken pregnancy tests that have come out negative.
Although, I think I took one test too early and the other test that I did about 3 weeks ago could have been dodgy - the result came up instantly, but was faded, whereas the earlier test I did came up with a result in 2 mins - they were the same test brand.
