I have started a light brown blood period 7 days early.Could I be Pregnant?.

Posted by fiddlesticks

I have started a light brown blood period 7 days ealy. I normally have a fairly rigid 28 day cycle. It's enought to need a pad but not enough to need to change it. No pink or light blood just brown gunky stuff. We have been trying for a year to have a second child and we had more or less given up. Am I just living in fantasy land getting excited that it could be?

Have you ever considered herbs and diet change to help nourish your body and prepare it for conception?

Eating a whole food diet in preparation for pregnancy and to boost fertility is one of the most powerful health changes you can make. Numerous studies have shown that specific changes to the diet can increase the chances of healthy ovulation, prevent recurrent miscarriage and lead to a healthy pregnancy.

The herb Dong Quai (angelica sinensis) is one of the most powerful females tonic and fertility herbs. Dong Quai tonifies and strengthens the uterus by regulating hormonal control, improving uterine tone, and improving the timing of the menstrual cycle.

In traditional Chinese medicine Dong Quai is referred to as a blood tonic as it has a general effect on circulation. This could be helpful for women experiencing pale menstrual flow, absent periods, and weakness after periods (in TCM this is called blood deficient). It has also been shown to improve red blood cell counts.
