I have felt bloated and did have one spotting, am I pregnant?

I have been taking my birth control pills non stop for about 2 years.
Yesterday I noticed some spotting, although I had sex the night before.
I also feel a bit bloated. But then again I just switched to a different birth control pill.
What does all this mean?
