For the last 10 months I have been spotting a week prior to starting my period. The doctor said its either uterine polyps or a progesterone defiency. I have been trying to get pregnant for almost a year now, with no luck. I'm guessing because my body starts spotting or shedding the lining a few days after ovulation, pregnancy is not happening. I've read all progesterone creams are not made the same, and I shouldn't use one for menopausal symptoms which most of them state that is what they are used for. I'm wondering what cream to use?
