I am 5 weeks pregnant and have not seen a doctor as I just found out yesterday. today i have a low fever 99.1. Is that normal

I took a pregnancy on Friday, because my period was 7 days late. According to a pregnancy calendar based on the first day of my last period I would be approx 5 weeks pregnant. Today I have a minor fever, 99.1. Is this anything to be worried about?
