How do I get rid of my baby pouch without surgery? It hangs there and its disgusting

You know what--- if you have the money-- a friend of mine (who had her baby about 9-10 months ago) recently had a wrap done at a spa... and she lost alot of inches all over (I think it ended up being 17in total) and mostly in her thighs and belly.

Its not that bad as far as price goes (of course, this is in Georgia).  If she saves 25 dollars a week then she is plannin on getting the wrap done about every two months.  She also does toning work though.
