hard lump in stomach.

HI. I have a hard lump in my stomach. It starts up around my right side near my ribs (sometimes feels like its under my ribs) Then goes across my stomach down to my left ovary area. I can push it back and forth. It doesn't really cause any pain. My periods are pretty regular every 28-31 days. My husband keeps saying its a baby haha but I dont really think so...
I have a drs appt for friday (2 days from now)
Anyone have any clue of what it might be?
