I was not able to make posts for a few days. Guess what? I already gave birth to a healthy baby boy. We named him Chris Jerome and he was 3.4kg.
Early in the morning at 8:00 last July 24 when I felt frequent contraction. And I knew it I will give birth that day because the contraction has pattern (contraction is every 5 minutes). My husband has headed for his work already that time. When I knew it was a true labor, I called my husband at once so that we can go to the hospital. I also have informed my obgyne so that she can prepare herself. It’s always my case to have a fast labor (usually 2-3 hours). So I always wanted my doctors to be ready once I got to the hospital.
When I was in the emergency room (ER), the resident doctor does an exam and it is only 5-6 cm. My obgyne instructed me to go to the delivery room to do some SOPs like monitoring the baby’s heart and movement, and others. The nurse in the operating room make another exam and it’s already 16cm, which means the baby is about to go out. They hurriedly deliver me to the operating room.
I was very thankful that my baby is healthy. I also want to thank his pedia named Dr. Angelito lo for everything he had done. Dr. Lo knows why I should thank him.
