Wondering if anyone has any views on this.. I'm a single, sexually inactive woman of 28. I plan to have a family one day and was wondering (even though it may sound like a no-brainer) if I 'should' incorporate a fertility-enhancing diet and lifestyle into my life in some sort of preparation for that one day when I do decide to conceive, whenever it will be? Or is it not necessary until that time comes? I guess what I mean is stuff like hormone supporting herbs and foods, fertility exercises etc etc. I have some health issues that are not female-system related; I eat well and my Moon Cycles are regular and much enjoyed.
