Factors That May Cause Miscarriage:Part I

Listed here are some risk factors
1. AGE: The older the woman she is, the more likely she will conceive a baby with chromosomal problems. A 40 year old is likely will miscarry as 20 year old woman.

2. History of Miscarriage (s): A woman will likely miscarry a baby again if she has had two or more miscarriages in a row.

3. Chronic Disorder: Some chronic diseases like diabetes and some inherited blood clotting disorders and hormonal disorders could increase the risk of miscarriage.

4. Cervical or Uterine Disorder: If you have certain uterine abnormalities and abnormally short cervix, then you have a higher risk of having miscarriage.

5. Infections: You have a higher risk for miscarriage if you have some infections such as listeria, mumps, rubella, measles, cytomegalovirus, parvovirus, gonorrhea, HIV, and certain other infections.
