Does Pregnancy cause joint discomfort?

I'm 10 days late on my cycle, and I've noticed a lot of pain in my wrists and ankles lately.  Now, it's kinda  all over my body.  Could that have anything to do with hormone levels changing in my body due to pregnancy?
