Could intercourse cause miscarriage in early pregnancy?

Posted by kanwar1996

I had a blastocyst transfer with ICSI done about 2 1/2 weeks ago and am now pregnant!!!!!! Over the weekend my husband and I had sex/orgasm. Is it possible to have a miscarriage??? I have no bleeding and it's been 2 days! Could I take this as a good sign? Please help, I am really scared!

A miscarriage is possible, but not from intercourse in a healthy pregnancy. Unless your doctor told you not to have intercourse for some health reason, that wouldnt be a cause.

I just went through an IVF cycle and am 5 weeks pregnant, though am having some spotting, but my HCG numbers are climbing, so we have our fingers crossed.
