Can you still be pregnant if 2 test came up negative, i had my period, but have pregnancy symptoms?

I had my period. i took 2 pregnancy test because i have symptoms. stomach aches like i'm going to throw up but dont, 5 days in a row. head aches. back aches. and my breasts hurt.
